Parts, components and shaped forms
Projects can range from individual cut pieces to components for a larger build. Our work has included curved plywood form components for construction projects and sliced foam pieces for three-dimensional sculptures.
Start with drawings or an idea
You do not need to arrive with finished CAD drawings. We can work from supplied designs or develop drawings from your dimensions and requirements. For larger projects, preliminary concepts and an estimate come before substantial design work, with a confirmed order and deposit before the detailed drawing stage.
A process built around your project
We review intended use, material, dimensions, quantities and finish requirements before recommending an approach. Larger objects may be produced in sections and assembled as part of the project. Approved proofs and ongoing communication guide the work.

Can you supply only the cut parts?
Yes. We have supplied cut plywood components for customers to use in their own builds. Tell us whether you need cut pieces or broader fabrication services.
Which materials can you work with?
Plywood and foam are examples from our previous work. Tell us the exact material, thickness and intended use so we can assess suitability for your project.
